Ashley Dow

Ashley Dow is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and retail operations. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Team Lead at Exterro since July 2019, Ashley focuses on client renewal, retention, and growth by managing client health from implementation onwards. Prior to Exterro, Ashley held the position of Retail Operations Manager at Ulta Beauty, where responsibility included developing a high-performing team and overseeing store operations. Earlier roles at Walgreens included Store Team Lead, acting as a liaison between management and staff, and Senior Beauty Advisor, where Ashley excelled in driving sales and training new team members. Ashley holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Portland Community College and furthered education at Portland State University.
