Karen Feldman

Karen Feldman, PMP, is a Senior Program Manager at Exterro since January 2023, having previously held similar positions at Zapproved from November 2017 to January 2023. At Zapproved, Karen established the Program Management function and improved collaboration between Product/Engineering and Customer Success teams. Karen's experience includes managing a technical support team, creating onboarding experiences for customers, and coordinating IT and Legal teams. Before Zapproved, Karen served in various operational roles at Teach For America, overseeing a seven-week training program for future educators and managing program support staff. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Gender & Women's Studies and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as alternative teacher certification.
