Gilles RAIMBAULT has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Gilles worked at Extia as the Head of Bid & Delivery, where they were responsible for designing, organizing, facilitating, and ensuring the transition from technical assistance to service center offerings. Gilles also managed service contracts, ensuring service quality, profitability, and continuous improvement. Prior to that, Gilles worked as an independent Director of Project Management, where they assisted in implementing an infogérance for a level 2 support service. Additionally, they conducted a study related to information system evolution and oversaw targeted and identified developments. Gilles also served as a Service Delivery Manager at Architech, responsible for ensuring optimal production quality for clients in line with IT Production Services policies. Gilles held the role for five years before joining Extia. Gilles' previous experience includes working at PPMS as a Manager in Quality and IT Security, where they oversaw quality control and compliance, as well as managed IT systems. Before that, they worked at Exposium as a Systems and Networks Administrator, managing the company's IT infrastructure across multiple sites. Gilles started their career as an Administrator in Systems and Networks at Cegetel, where they were responsible for defining and selecting demonstrations in partnership with marketing and validating them with respective departments.

Gilles RAIMBAULT obtained a Master's degree in Operational Management from ESSEC Business School in 2012. In addition, they have received various certifications including Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2019, #Mooc Pilotage des organisations et processus métiers from FUN-MOOC in 2017, and #Mooc Du manager agile au leader designer from Le CNAM in 2017. Gilles also obtained certifications in COBIT Foundation, Prince 2 Foundation, and various ITIL® Service Lifecycle certifications in 2015 and 2013 respectively.
