Pauline DANTIN has extensive experience in management and human resources within the IT and digital consulting sectors. Currently serving as Directrice régionale SUD at Extia since August 2016, Pauline has overseen operations in a company recognized for its commitment to employee well-being, having been listed in the Great Place To Work® rankings for nine consecutive years. Previous roles include Directrice d'agence - NORD and Responsable d'agence, where responsibilities included managing a commercial team and establishing a profit center with 110 consultants. Prior experiences at ALTEN CANADA and Extia involved account management, recruitment of engineers, and HR responsibilities for multiple managers. Pauline holds a Master 2 degree in Human Resources from ESC Troyes and has completed preparatory classes for HEC with a scientific focus.
