A cornerstone of the work we do at Extol Analytics is to define and quantify the qualities future-focused businesses need to build in their work-force: problem-solving skills, skills in critical thinking, creativity, cross-cultural interaction, and teamwork. We help quantify key elements of emotional intelligence, judgement and decision-making (leadership), an orientation towards providing service, negotiation/persuasion, cultural sensitivity, and cognitive flexibility. And we are doing that work across Australia and across Asia. We help build human capital.
