With a history of leadership roles at organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Save the Children US, they have developed a wealth of experience in government relations and program management. Will's career is marked by a commitment to improving communities and addressing social and climate issues through innovative programs and policy initiatives. They began their professional journey as a Legal Clerk at Possitive Solutions Group and later served as an Executive Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives.
