Amey Malekar

Amey Malekar has extensive work experience in the field of strategy, corporate development, and management. Amey is currently serving as the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development at ExtraHop since 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Dell Technologies, starting as a Senior Analyst in 2010 and progressing to the positions of Manager, Senior Manager, and Director of Corporate Strategy. Amey also worked as a Software Engineer at IBM in 2008 and as a Product Lead at Hitachi Vantara from 2008 to 2010. Before that, they gained experience as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and as a Consultant at Tech Mahindra.

Amey Malekar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy & Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2006 and 2008. Their undergraduate education was at the University of Mumbai, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from 2001 to 2005.
