Jennifer Surovy

Jennifer Surovy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and management across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of the Customer Success Team for ExtraHop, Jennifer leads a global team focused on the APAC, Fed, and West regions. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Senior Manager of Customer Success at Eclypsium, Inc., where responsibilities included designing a comprehensive Customer Success program. Jennifer’s career includes significant roles at Checkmarx, where management of a multimillion-dollar client portfolio led to the creation of scalable processes, and at Adlucent as a Client Manager, overseeing senior-level client relationships. Additional experience includes positions at Modernize, Billboard Online, YMCA of the Triangle, Bank of America, and as a Policy Advisor for Rep. Rush Holt. Jennifer holds an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from Ohio University.
