Oakley (Lee) Van Slyke

Oakley (Lee) Van Slyke has over 45 years of work experience. Oakley (Lee) began their career in 1974 as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 1985, they became a Principal at Coopers & Lybrand. In 1992, they became President at Capital Management Technology. In 2006, they founded Liquidity Development LLC. In 2012, they became President at Extraordinary Re. In 2020, they became Founder and CEO of Extraordinary Re, whose mission is to meet the insurance industry’s need for price discovery for extraordinary risks of loss.

Oakley (Lee) Van Slyke attended The Thacher School from 1964 to 1965. Oakley (Lee) then attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1965 to 1970, where they obtained a BS in Political Science. Oakley (Lee) also holds a CERA certification from the Casualty Actuarial Society.
