Lisa DeCarlo is a strategic leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Extraordinary Women on Boards and Chief Creative Officer at The Decade Game, Lisa also contributes as Faculty in the Executive Farm Management Program at North Carolina State University. As CEO and Founder of Just Go, Lisa drives innovation through human-centric technology, while holding advisory positions at Defender Capital and previously at Doran Jones Inc. Lisa's notable tenure at Wells Fargo included roles as Managing Director, where achievements encompassed launching a $50MM API channel and enhancing talent management strategies for a large global organization. Lisa's earlier experiences involved leadership at Banc of America Securities and Fannie Mae. Academically, Lisa is pursuing a certification in Artificial Intelligence from MIT Sloan School of Management after earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University.
