Pat Hedley

Pat Hedley serves as an Independent Director at Stax, an analytically driven strategy consultancy, and as an Advisor at The Cranemere Group and Headstart, an AI software development company. Additionally, Pat acts as an Advisor to the CEO at Sugarwork and was previously an Advisor to the CEO at Strongbow Consulting Group until its acquisition by Accenture in 2023. Pat's contributions extend to Lone Pine Capital as an Advisory Board Member and to Meet 100 People ™ as both an author and speaker. As the Founder and CEO of The Path Ahead, Pat advises and invests in high-growth companies. Pat is also a member of Extraordinary Women on Boards, promoting board excellence and diversity.
