Mayara Bens

Mayara Bens is an HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as HRBP Coordinator and HR Business Partner at Extreme Digital Solutions since January 2024, Mayara focuses on consultative support for leadership and employees in the Technology Business Unit, process structuring, and project management within the HR department. Previous roles include HR Business Partner and Head of People at 4all, where Mayara was instrumental in cultural dissemination and strategic planning, as well as leading the Talent Acquisition team. Experience also encompasses diverse tech recruiting positions at companies such as Digibee, Grupo Boticário, Mosaico, and IRB Brasil RE, where Mayara has successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes, implemented ATS systems, and designed initiatives for talent engagement and employer branding. Mayara holds a degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário IBMR.
