Francesca Francoli has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Francesca began their career in 2013 at various music festivals, including Beach Break Live, where they worked as an Assistant Sound Engineer/Tech, setting up PA systems, sound checking, and mixing for up to 20 bands per day. Francesca also worked as a Sound Engineer at Big Noise Festival and as a Backline Technician at The Great Escape Festival, where they handled load-ins, micing, and troubleshooting technical issues.
In 2013, Francesca joined Extreme Music and held multiple roles throughout their tenure. Francesca started as a Production Assistant, responsible for gathering audio, track information, and artwork, releasing albums, handling distribution, creating track edits, and formatting data files. Francesca later became a Senior Production Associate and then a Production Assistant Manager, overseeing these tasks and ensuring maximum flexibility for clients.
Francesca's most recent position at Extreme Music is Distribution Manager, starting in April 2022. Overall, they have demonstrated their expertise in production and distribution, as well as their technical skills in sound engineering and live music events.
Francesca Francoli pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their A levels at Cator Park School from 2005 to 2011. During this time, they studied Music Technology, Psychology, and English. Francesca then proceeded to the Academy of Contemporary Music, where they earned a BA Honours degree in Creative Music Production from 2011 to 2013. To further their knowledge and skills in the field of psychology, Francesca enrolled at Birkbeck, University of London from 2018 to 2020, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Psychology.
