Carolina Bessega is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of artificial intelligence and technology. Currently serving as Innovation Lead in the Office of the CTO at Extreme Networks, Carolina has previously held significant roles as Chief Product Officer and Chief Scientific Officer at Stradigi AI, where responsibilities included driving product vision, transforming technical teams, and leading numerous AI projects. Carolina's early career at Stradigi involved positions such as Chief Technology Officer and R&D Director, showcasing capabilities in managing teams and delivering various technology projects. Furthermore, Carolina contributed to academia as a professor at the Central University of Venezuela, focusing on AI applications in non-linear phenomena. Educated with a Dr. in Fundamental Physics from Universidad de los Andes and a major in Chemistry from Universidad Simón Bolívar, Carolina combines a strong technical foundation with leadership and innovation in technology-driven environments.
