Cheryl Burton is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and employment law. Currently serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Extreme Networks since July 2017, Cheryl has held multiple legal roles focusing on privacy and SEC compliance. Cheryl obtained a JD from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.
