Jason M. Jones

Jason M. Jones is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in systems engineering and IT management. Currently serving as the Manager of Systems Engineering at Extreme Networks since March 2019, Jason oversees a team of Senior Systems Engineers, focusing on strategic major accounts in various industries. Prior to this role, Jason worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Extreme Networks, delivering proof of concepts and supporting sales efforts. Jason's prior experience includes serving as the Director of Technology for Stonington Public Schools, where significant improvements in IT support and cybersecurity were implemented, and as IT Manager for the Town of Stonington, managing network infrastructure and systems administration. Jason's early career included roles at the City of New London and Foxwoods Casino, where expertise in network management and revenue auditing was developed.
