Kathy Marble

Kathy Marble is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software applications engineering and network virtualization. Currently serving as Director of Software Applications Engineering at Extreme Networks since July 2017, Marble leads a global engineering team focused on delivering cloud-driven networking applications including onboarding, monitoring, and managing computer networking switches through Extreme CloudIQ. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Software Applications Engineering, where Marble contributed to significant advancements in network virtualization technology, and Senior Software Engineering Manager at Avaya, delivering innovative solutions in virtualized networks. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Nortel, overseeing high-budget projects and business operations, as well as a project/program management role at Hewlett Packard. Marble holds a Master’s in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College.
