Steven Roy

Steven Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Experience at Extreme Networks since November 2022, Steven leads a digital product design team focused on enhancing enterprise products through contemporary design practices and systems. Prior to this, Steven was the Director of Product Design at Dell Technologies, where the launch of APEX, a suite of cloud services, was a key achievement. Steven's experience at Charles Schwab includes roles as Sr Director of User Experience and Sr Team Manager, where responsibilities involved managing multidisciplinary teams and defining UX strategies. Previous positions also include leadership roles at HCB Health and founding Yellow Circle, highlighting a robust background in digital strategy and user-centered design. Steven holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
