Manabendra Das

Manabendra Das has extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as the Director of Technology Incubation and Engineering at Kaiser Permanente since April 2018. Prior to this role, Manabendra held the position of Director - IT and India Head of Software Development at Franklin Templeton Investments from October 2013 to January 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing the firm's largest software development team in India and providing strategic technology partnerships to C-Level executives in the Asia-Pacific region. Additionally, Manabendra was Vice President at BlackRock (formerly Barclays Global Investors) from August 1996 to October 2013, focusing on creating technological efficiencies for 1500 software developers. Early career experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at PSI Data Systems. Manabendra holds an MBA in International Business from California State University - East Bay and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from P.D.A. College Of Engineering.
