Susanne Voigt is an experienced sales operations professional with a strong background in managing sales support functions across various regions and products. Prior to this role, Voigt has held significant positions at Avaya, including EMEA & APAC Sales Operations Manager for Strategic Products, where support encompassed forecasting, business planning, and process improvement for networking and video solutions.
