Tom Carmichael

Tom Carmichael is an experienced project manager with a strong background in managing substantial project budgets and vendor relationships. Currently serving as a Technical Project Manager at Modis since June 2019, Tom oversees telephony upgrades for Critical National Infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while tracking project budgets and forecasts. At Extreme Networks, Tom has effectively managed over $28 million in project budgets, achieving significant cost savings through negotiations. Prior experience at Avaya involved comprehensive project management, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation strategies, while a role at Nortel included software engineering management and the development of network management systems. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University.
