Global Programs Support Coordinator at Extreme Response International

Walt Walkowski serves as the Global Impact Coordinator at Extreme Response International since January 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing outreach efforts in education and vocational skills training across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Walt was Senior Pastor at Bethel from October 2007 to December 2016, providing spiritual leadership and overseeing various ministries. Earlier pastoral roles included Associate Pastor for Student & Family Ministries and Pastoral Intern at Ogden Church. Walt has experience in communications and publishing, having served as Marketing Director at ADVAL Communications and Group Publisher at Business News Publishing, along with editorial roles at Blissfield Advance. Education includes a Master of Divinity in Leadership from Denver Seminary, a Master of Arts in Communications from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Journalism from Central Michigan University.

Extreme Response International is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, humanitarian organization focused on helping women, orphans and vulnerable children living in extreme conditions. We have 30 partners in nine countries. We also fully operate a Children's Home in Manila, Philippines, a Dream Centre after-school program in Cape Town, South Africa, and a multi-faceted child development/after-school/adult-skills program serving the Quito Dump Community in Ecuador.
