Pavankumar Deshapande

Pavankumar Deshapande is a certified Lean Manager and Six Sigma black belt with over 6 years of experience in operations, production/manufacturing, and quality assurance. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager Operations at Extrude Hone since October 2015, Pavankumar has a strong background in finishing processes, including TEM, ECM, and AFM. Previously, Pavankumar worked as a Manufacturing Executive at Kennametal, where responsibilities included managing contract manufacturing operations and resource planning. Pavankumar began the career at Ace Designers Limited as an Engineer in the FastLoop Line, focusing on daily production targets and new product development. Pavankumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
