Courtney Collins

Courtney Collins is a seasoned professional in the incentive industry, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Incentive Solutions since August 1998. With a background in managing incentive reward programs that enhance customer loyalty, sales-force motivation, and employee recognition, Courtney has been instrumental in the company’s growth and development. Prior to this role, Courtney worked as an Account Manager at Loyaltyworks from August 1998 until its acquisition by Incentive Solutions in 2009. Courtney holds a B.S. in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations/Image Management from the University of Utah and has also studied Broadcast Journalism at The University of Georgia.
