Elyse Niederee

Elyse Niederee is an experienced fitness and yoga instructor with a diverse background in performing arts. Since December 2018, Elyse has been involved with Equinox and Exubrancy, providing yoga and wellness instruction to corporate clients in New York City. Additionally, Elyse has taught yoga and dance at Broadway Dance Center since February 2008 and serves as a fitness instructor at Exhale Spa. As a dance captain, swing, and associate choreographer for Elf Touring LLC and a performer in the Broadway production of King Kong, Elyse showcases a strong commitment to the performing arts. Previous experience includes roles as dance captain for Norwegian Cruise Line and dancer for Celebrity Cruises, Inc. Elyse holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism from the University of Utah, with studies completed in December 2023.
