Alison Diflorio

Alison DiFlorio is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Exude Human Capital. She has been with the company since September 2006 and also holds the title of Managing Partner in the Human Capital Division at Exude Inc. Prior to her current roles, she served as President in the HR Division at Exude Inc. Alison's experience includes being the Director of Training at Marriott Int'l and a Training Consultant at the Educational Institute. She holds a BA in International Studies from The George Washington University. Alison specializes in human resources consulting and management/leadership training.
