Jennifer Poland, SHRM-CP has over 13 years of work experience. From 2007 to 2012, they were employed at Giant Food as a Checkout Coach and Store Operations Intern. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Fastrack Construction as a Receptionist. Jennifer also worked at Contemporary Staffing Solutions from 2014 to 2017 as a Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer. From 2014 to 2017, Jennifer was employed at Fred Beans Family of Dealerships as a Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, they managed and communicated benefit enrollments, developed and implemented changes within the HRIS system, developed and promoted a wellness initiative, administered FMLA and personal leave of absence documentation, and reported workers' compensation claims. Finally, from 2017 to present, Jennifer has been employed at Exude, Inc. as an Account Manager and Client Care Specialist. In this role, they ensure employees have the information needed to make an educated choice about their healthcare, works closely with HR leaders to develop and execute employee communications, and acts as a liaison between carriers, third-party administrators and healthcare providers.

Jennifer Poland holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Bucks County Community College between 2010 and 2012. In 2016, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Jennifer is also a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
