Miguel De Noronha Ribeiro de Almeida is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance, treasury, and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Structured Finance & Treasury Director at Exus Renewables, Miguel previously held the position of Structured Transactions – Equity and Debt at Greenvolt Group. A significant tenure at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking spanned from 2009 to 2022, where Miguel advanced to European Head of High Yield and Project Bonds, focusing on leveraged finance and project finance bonds in various sectors. Education includes a Master’s in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, complemented by additional studies at prestigious institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
