Raghavendra Kulkarni

Raghavendra Kulkarni is a Solutions Delivery Director at Exusia, Inc. He is responsible for leading the technical delivery of large data management programs, defining large-scale client solutions, and providing delivery oversight and quality assurance across all business verticals and accounts. Raghavendra brings over 14 years of experience in information technology across various aspects of software life cycle and data warehousing including design, development, implementation, testing, and management, and integration of big data. His functional expertise is in the areas of insurance, risk management, financial securities, billing and payments, and revenue assurance. Having extensive and hands-on expertise with the Ab Initio product suite, Raghavendra has a consistent track record in developing innovative solutions that deliver a return to our client's bottom lines at an affordable cost.

Prior to Exusia, Raghavendra was a Project Lead for American Insurance Group leading technical design and development of numeric surrogate keys across multiple platforms. In addition, he designed complex business rules to derive limits on policies and reporting for Analysts across the globe. Raghavendra was also a Program Analyst for Citi Bank where he managed end-to-end delivery for global projects consisting of multiple requirements and data in various currencies. Prior, Raghavendra was Senior Technical Associate for British Telecom where he built revenue assurance solutions for the broadband business.

Raghavendra graduated from Shivaji University in Kolhapur, India with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering. Raghavendra is passionate about helping people excel in the areas of communication, public speaking, and leadership. He has been a longtime volunteer at Toastmasters International where he serves as a club officer. He also volunteers as a coach and mentor at local Marathi language schools.
