Yuriy Furer

Yuriy Furer is a Partner and Global Head of Client Delivery Solutions at Exusia globally and serves as Exusia's chief technologist. As a Partner, he is responsible for the firm’s client delivery interests globally where he provides technical delivery oversight and quality assurance across client verticals and accounts. As a Practice Lead, Yuriy founded and looks after Exusia’s global technical delivery team and offerings where he owns Exusia's internal talent development and external talent acquisition functions.

Yuriy offers clients extensive expertise in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, creation of high and detail level designs, implementation, testing, and support. He is a specialist in Ab Initio implementations with comprehensive knowledge of Co-Operating System, GDE, EME, Conduct>It, Continuous Flows, and Meta-programming. With his experience across the financial services industry and strong technical knowledge, Yuriy can solve a diverse range of technical challenges while providing leadership, guidance, mentorship, and training to his direct reports and other team members.

Prior to Exusia, Yuriy was at Knightsbridge Solutions, where he designed, developed, supported, and maintained numerous graphs in Fannie Mae’s effort to upgrade its technology platform to a more scalable and maintainable solution. After Knightsbridge, Yuriy facilitated the architecture, design, development, and administration of Citigroup’s Security Master Central, which is a multi-vendor, financial-market level data storage and reconciliation platform that meets the needs and requirements of all the business lines of Citigroup in one globally managed environment.

Yuriy received his B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University with a minor in Economics. He is certified as an Oracle Database Administrator and Oracle PL/SQL Developer and holds certifications for Advanced Ab Initio Techniques for Developers, Business Objects XI Developer, and Business Objects XI Universe Design.

Yuriy is passionate about fitness, especially running, cycling, and swimming, and supporting organizations that advance treatments of some of medicine’s most devastating diseases. He has participated in many races, triathlons, and other events that raise funds and build awareness for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and other non-profit organizations.
