Bafana Mtshali

Bafana Mtshali is an experienced professional in logistics and transportation, currently serving as a Traffic Controller at Exxaro Resources since March 2014, where responsibilities include managing traffic and logistics for the coal exporting process. Prior to this role, Bafana worked at Transnet Freight Rail from April 2003 to March 2014 as Coordinator Exports International Marketing and Chief Administrative Officer, focusing on planning and monitoring trains and commodities to ensure compliance with the Integrated Train Plan, while managing deviations and liaising with stakeholders. Bafana holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Business Management from the University of South Africa and a B Tech in Management from Tshwane University of Technology.
