Lusapho Njenge

Lusapho Njenge, PhD, currently serves as the Manager of Social Impact and Performance at Exxaro Resources, where responsibilities include overseeing the Enterprise and Supplier Development programme as well as the Mineral Succession Programme, alongside monitoring the implementation of the Social Impact Strategy. Previously, Lusapho held various leadership positions at the Small Enterprise Development Agency, including Chief Strategy and Information Officer and Acting CEO. Lusapho's academic background encompasses a PhD in Social Entrepreneurship from Wits Business School, an Executive Strategy Programme at Saïd Business School, and multiple degrees in related fields from prestigious institutions such as Stellenbosch University and Harvard Business School.
