Ndalamo Manabela

Ndalamo Manabela is currently working at Exxaro Resources as the Stakeholder Affairs and Community Development. Prior to this, Ndalamo has gained experience in stakeholder engagement and community development at companies such as Anglo American and Sasol, as well as in government roles at the Department of Water Affairs and the Department of Health and Social Development. With a background in promoting community development and engagement, Ndalamo has also worked as a CSR Practitioner, focusing on regulatory requirements, sustainability, and corporate social investment.
