Neil Anderson

Neil Anderson has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Neil started at Ernst & Young in 1997 as an Auditor and worked there until 2002. Neil then joined Sun International as a Project Accountant from 2002 to 2004, and later as a Hotel Accountant from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they moved to Exxaro Resources and held positions such as Commercial Manager for the Waterberg Expansion Program from 2005 to 2010, and Commercial Analyst for Business Growth from 2010 to 2014. Since 2015, they have been working as a Principal Financial Analyst at Exxaro Resources.

Neil Anderson completed their education at various institutions. Neil earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Stellenbosch University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, they pursued a degree in B Compt (Honours) in Accounting, Auditing, Tax, Economics, and Commercial Law from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. From 1992 to 1996, Neil obtained a B Compt degree, specializing in Accounting, Tax, Auditing, Economics, and Commercial Law, from the same university. Neil also holds a Cape Senior Certificate, equivalent to Matric (Grade 12), which they obtained from St Andrew's College, Grahamstown, from 1987 to 1991.

Additionally, Neil Anderson has obtained certifications in Anti-corruption from Compliance Online (Pty) Ltd. in August 2020 and in October 2019.
