Nothando Khumalo

Nothando Khumalo, PMP®, is an experienced project manager currently working at Exxaro Resources since May 2022. Nothando has previously held positions as a Transport Engineer at Refilwe Engineering Solutions and as a Construction Manager at both BoTong Civils and Kulani Engineering Consultancy, where responsibilities included overseeing construction activities, project planning, and stakeholder management. With a strong background in civil engineering, Nothando has also worked for Aurecon in roles focusing on traffic and transport engineering. An accomplished educator, Nothando holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Economics in China Studies from Peking University, as well as an MPhil in Development Finance from Stellenbosch Business School.
