Sipho Gerald Sikhosana

Sipho Gerald Sikhosana has extensive work experience in the field of process engineering, with a focus on coal processing. Sipho Gerald began their career at Anglo American as a Graduate Metallurgist and later worked as a Metallurgical Engineer at Kleinkoje Colliery. Sipho Gerald then moved on to Exxaro Resources, where they held the position of Senior Metallurgical Engineer at Inyanda Coal Mine. After that, Sikhosana joined Sasol as a Project Metallurgist for the Mafutha Mining project. In 2012, they returned to Exxaro Resources, first as a Senior Process Engineer, responsible for various aspects of coal process engineering, and later as a Principal Process Engineer, leading and managing process engineering projects.
