Akhilesh Upadhyay

Akhilesh Upadhyay is an accomplished human resources and management professional currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Saral Management Solutions since September 2023. Previously, Akhilesh held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Exxaro Tiles beginning in January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing Group HR for multiple units. Akhilesh's earlier experience includes serving as GM & Corporate HR Head at Asian Granito India Ltd. from May 2011 to November 2015, and as AGM HR at Surya Global Steel Tubes Limited from June 2006 to May 2011. Akhilesh Upadhyay holds a Master’s degree in Labour Laws, HR, Industrial Relations, and Labour Welfare from Gujarat University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Science from Vikram University.
