F. Douglas Reardon has a wealth of experience in various industries, with a strong focus on real estate development, construction, and design management. As the President of EXXCEL Project Management LLC, F. Douglas oversees the execution of commercial real estate projects nationwide. In addition to their current role, Reardon has held leadership positions in organizations such as NAIOP, AGC of America, and Wendy's Management Services Inc. Their military service with the Pennsylvania Air National Guard and the United States Air Force further highlights their diverse background. Reardon holds a BA in Economics from Denison University.

We work nationally providing real estate investment, development, design-build construction services for the industrial, commercial and retail markets with a major focus in distribution, food processing and light manufacturing facilities. We have completed 125 million plus sq. ft. of projects, in the 45 states we are licensed to do business. We are looking for talented Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Project Engineers, Estimators, and Administrative Assistants - Operations to support our growing company!
