Jim Bach has been working in the construction industry for over three decades, specializing in estimating. Jim started as an Estimator at Ruscilli Construction before moving on to become a Sr. Estimator at EXXCEL Project Management. Currently, Jim holds the position of Vice President of Estimating at EXXCEL Project Management, where Jim has been since 2012. Bach's extensive experience and expertise in estimating have been a valuable asset to the companies Jim has worked for.

The mission of EXXCEL Project Management is the development and construction of repeatable relationships. We work nationally providing real estate investment, development, design-build construction services for the industrial, commercial and retail markets with a major focus in distribution, food processing and light manufacturing facilities. We have completed 125 million plus sq. ft. of projects, in the 45 states we are licensed to do business. We are looking for talented Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Project Engineers, Estimators, and Administrative Assistants - Operations to support our growing company!
