Sumedh Kanchan has extensive experience as a Construction Estimator, also having experience as an Estimator/Project Manager and Assistant Civil Engineer. With a Master of Technology in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, Sumedh has worked on a variety of construction projects, from public schools to paving projects. Sumedh's responsibilities have included preparing estimates, working on bid packages, and analyzing blueprints and specifications for construction projects of various sizes and values.

We work nationally providing real estate investment, development, design-build construction services for the industrial, commercial and retail markets with a major focus in distribution, food processing and light manufacturing facilities. We have completed 125 million plus sq. ft. of projects, in the 45 states we are licensed to do business.
