François Gsell

François Gsell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. François began their career at PSA Peugeot Citroën as a Computer Network Engineer from 1992 to 1994, and then transitioned to a Logistic Project Engineer role from 1995 to 1998. François later worked at CSC Peat Marwick as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Supply Chain Management and participating in various re-engineering projects for companies such as Thales, Securitas, and Air France. From 2001 to 2005, François served as a Regional Supply Chain Manager at FCI, where they implemented a regional Supply Chain organization for the Telecom Product Line. François then joined AREVA T&D as an Operational Excellence Manager from 2006 to 2009. François joined Alstom Grid in 2010, first as an Alstom Production System Manager, where they developed a framework based on lean principles to improve Unit Industrial Maturity. From 2011 to 2015, they served as the Alstom Production System & Supply Chain Manager for AIS (Air Insulated Switchgear) PL, leading the deployment of APS across multiple units worldwide. François then worked as a Lean Leader at GE Grid Solutions from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of IS/IT Director at Exxelia, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's information systems and technology.

François Gsell attended IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree from ISAE-SUPAERO, Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace, from 1988 to 1991. François also received a certification in CPIM from APICS in 2005.
