Paul Lajer

Paul Lajer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the public sector and software engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director at Exxeta since June 2025, Paul oversees portfolio management, business development, and sales for Baden-Württemberg and EnBW AG, while also leading the Enterprise Innovations Department. Alongside this role, Paul has been a dedicated lecturer at Reutlingen University and a member of the industrial advisory boards at Hochschule Heilbronn and Hochschule Furtwangen since 2015. Previously, Paul held various leadership positions at CGI from 2006 to 2025, including Vice President and Account Executive, where responsibilities included managing public sector portfolios and overseeing the CGI Innovation Lab. Paul’s academic background includes a Master of Science in Application Architectures and a Diplom Informatiker in Business Informatics from Hochschule Furtwangen.
