Previously, Chad served as the Chief Executive Officer of Golding Farms Foods, leading high-quality production in the food sector. With extensive experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Chad held significant roles at Smithfield Foods, where notable achievements included driving record net operating income and managing a substantial consumer marketing budget. Chad's passion for community welfare is evident in initiatives like Helping Hungry Homes, which provided over 25 million servings of food to those in need. Chad holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Saint John's University and an MBA from The College of William and Mary.
