Irena Spirkova

Irena Spirkova is an experienced professional in procurement and contract management, currently serving as the Procurement Team Lead at ExxonMobil since January 2023. Previously, Irena held the position of Contracts Manager and EU Recruiting Operations Supervisor at ExxonMobil Czech Republic from September 2017. With a long tenure at ExxonMobil, Irena has also worked as a Recruitment Supervisor from July 2004 to February 2022, overseeing recruitment efforts for the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Italy, and as an HR change management advisor at ExxonMobil BSC Czechia from August 2015 to August 2017.
