Jennifer Gavia

Jennifer Gavia, P.E., is an experienced digital engineer with a strong background in upstream oil and gas operations. Currently serving as an Upstream Wells Digital Engineer at ExxonMobil since June 2019, Jennifer facilitates the implementation of digital solutions for drilling and completion workflows. Previous roles include Product Owner for Data Quality, where Jennifer delivered data quality software products, and as an IT Data & Analytics Developer supporting analytics initiatives at XTO. Jennifer's experience at Newfield Exploration spans from Senior IT Business Solutions Manager to IT Business Solutions Manager, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring the delivery of engineering technologies. Additional experience includes roles at Dynamic Risk Assessment Systems, Devon Energy, Beusa Energy, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, and as a Software Engineering Intern at IBM. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a minor in Math from the University of Oklahoma.
