Jim Miller

Jim Miller, PE is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in air quality regulatory compliance and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Advisor at ExxonMobil since February 2022, Jim previously held positions at Delek US Holdings, Inc. as the Air Group Lead and Senior Environmental Engineer, overseeing air quality compliance programs. With a strong consulting background, Jim worked as a Senior Air Quality Engineer for an independent contractor and at RPS Group, where expertise in air quality permitting and compliance for various industries was demonstrated. Prior experiences include senior roles at TITAN Engineering, ERM, and Sage Environmental Consulting, focusing on environmental regulatory assistance and business development. Jim began a career in engineering with a student internship at The Dow Chemical Company and has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
