John Christiansen

John Christiansen has extensive experience in communications management within the energy sector, currently serving as the Executive and Financial Communications Manager at ExxonMobil since November 2019. Prior to this role, John Christiansen held various positions at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation from August 2006 to August 2019, including Vice President of Corporate Communications and Director of External Communications and Public Affairs. Earlier in his career, John Christiansen worked as the Manager of External Communications at Kerr-McGee between 2004 and 2006 and as Assistant News Director/Anchor at KTOK from 1998 to 2004. John Christiansen earned a degree from the University of Wyoming, completing studies from 1991 to 1996.
