Raj Rapaka

Raj Rapaka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, technology scouting, and energy trading. Currently serving as a Digital Transformation / Technology Scouting & Ventures Advisor at ExxonMobil since December 2017, Raj previously managed GHG programs and process improvement at XTO Energy from July 2012 to November 2017. Prior roles include quantitative energy trading at HAP Capital, associate director in power trading at Scotia Capital, and associate at UBS Investment Bank, where Raj focused on electricity trading in the Northeast US markets. Earlier experience includes internships and consulting roles in environmental engineering, marketing, and brand management. Raj holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville and the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
