Rana Boudiab

Rana Boudiab has extensive experience at ExxonMobil, having held various positions since 2001, culminating in the role of Business Support Advisor as well as leading operations for the Global IT Solution Center. Key accomplishments include being a focal advisor for the creation of IT Solution Centers worldwide and developing operational processes within these locations. Rana began a career in IT while serving as Team Lead - IT Onsite Support, managing a team of IT analysts. Rana holds a Master of Business Administration from Rice University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lamar University, along with educational experience at the American University of Beirut.
