Ryan Martinez

Ryan Martinez brings a diverse background in both the energy sector and military service. Currently serving at ExxonMobil since August 2019, Ryan transitioned from roles such as Carbon Capture Land Analyst and Energy Transition Recruiter to planning and project management positions within IT Operations, including IT Planning Advisor and Chief of Staff. Previously, Ryan served in the US Marine Corps from May 2012 to July 2019, where responsibilities included leadership roles as Executive Officer for crisis response operations and an Infantry Company, as well as managing a team as Platoon Commander. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Liberty University.
